WalMart has called the iPhone “a slab of metal” that’s “unacceptably heavy,” calling the iPhone the “smartest phone we’ve ever made.”
The company said it would soon offer customers the ability to add their own price tags to the phone’s bill, allowing customers to see how much their bill has climbed.
“We’re taking a big step forward to offer customers an easy way to track how much they’re paying,” Walmart said in a blog post Monday.
“We’re also giving consumers a way to adjust their phone bill automatically when they buy something.”
Walmart has already begun rolling out the service, offering a “price tag” option that will appear next to each phone bill.
The company is also working on an app that will let customers track their phone bills automatically and to see their bills adjusted to reflect changes in the weather.
