A new feature on the iPhone, the app called Paytm, will let you make and save your phone’s phone bill in a matter of minutes.
The feature will be available to the Apple Pay customers who sign up for a Paytm credit card through Paytm in India, the company has said in a blog post.
“We are pleased to announce that our partnership with Paytm will allow you to make and share your phone bills as soon as you receive a PayTM card,” Paytm’s head of marketing, Ravi Dhananjay, said in the post.
“With Paytm card, you can now save money, even on your mobile bill.”
According to the post, the feature can be accessed from the Paytm mobile app, as well as in the PayTM website.
Users will need to input their phone number and email address when signing up, and then select their card type and payment method.
Once the account is opened, the users will be able to view their monthly bill on their Paytm account and save any remaining amount as well.
In order to be eligible for the feature, users will have to pay their phone bill on a regular basis, as per the terms of their existing Paytm plan.
Paytm also said that the feature is only available for existing PayTM customers in India.
Payments from Paytm users will automatically be credited towards the payment on the remaining balance of the user’s Paytm phone bill.
Payment details are not yet available for the iPhone Pay customers, but it is likely that the app will provide some way of tracking the number of payments received by the user.
