Al Jazeera is reporting that the Federal Communications Commission has now fixed a bug that was causing the system to repeatedly report incorrect information about the phone bill.
The issue has been causing a number of customers to miss their monthly phone bills and the system is showing a large amount of incorrect information when trying to send a bill.
We have reached out to the FCC for comment, but they have not responded to us.
As the FCC is currently investigating the issue, the company said it would be providing a technical fix to all affected users by the end of this month.
