Cignas phone bill is a little out of whack, but the company doesn’t plan to change that anytime soon.
“We believe that it is in the best interest of all our stakeholders that the Cignacy Wireless Phone Bill remains the only one currently available for consumers,” said David A. Miller, the company’s president and chief executive officer.
A spokeswoman for Cigns credit card, which is used to pay bills and make payments online, said it plans to keep the bill current as long as customers have a Cignus account.
The bill includes the standard monthly charges for a phone plan and the cost of a cellphone.
Cigna is one of several large credit card issuers that have raised their rates in recent years, particularly on the prepaid plan that lets customers pay off a phone balance with credit.
This week, Cigni raised its monthly rate for prepaid credit cards by 10 to 15 basis points from 3.50 cents to 3.85 cents, or about 20 cents to 22 cents.
The company’s rate hike also means it is more expensive for people with a small amount of prepaid credit card debt, according to Morgan Stanley.
Cigni has also increased its charge on a prepaid phone bill by a penny since last month, to 2.25 cents per minute, from 2.50.

Your Cignia account is a new payment option, which means it has to be renewed every six months, or every three months.
Once you have one, you will need to log into it to pay for a cellphone or to make a purchase.
If you want to make an online purchase, you’ll need to go to Cignos website and select the payment option that is right for you.

For help with your Cirla phone bill:To make a phone call:Go to the Cirlas website and sign in to your account, then click on the “phone bill” link on the top right of the page.
If you are having problems making a call, try calling the phone number that is displayed in your phone book.
If you can’t get through to the person who answered the phone, then try another number, or call again if the person still doesn’t answer.
To cancel your Cernac phone:Go into the phone book and select “cancel phone bill” from the menu.
Click on the cancel button, and then enter the number for your phone account.
